WIDE RANGE WORKING
TEMPERATURE
The continually-welded middle layer of AL-Pipe makes the pipe able to
withstand temperature and pressure.

30% MORE FLOW THAN OTHER CONVENTIONAL METAL PIPE
The smooth surface of the inner PE layer is less resistant in the
transport of water. This ensures no scale, calcium or other minerals builds
up to redure flow or performamce.

NON-CORROSIVE
Under normal temperature, PE can be resistant to various concentrations
of hydrochloric acids, bases and salts of various kinds. Timur P.A. Pipe is
hygienic, toxic-free, rust-free and anti-mirco-organisms thus avoiding
contamination in the water over time.
NON-OXYGEN PERMEABLE
Timur P.A. Pipe is a composite pipe and its core layer of aluminium
makes the pipe oxygen tight with negligible oxygen permeability.
EASY BENDING BUT NEVER SPRINGS BACK
If the pipe is required to be exactly in horizontal an vertical planes,
the minimum distance between two bends should be 5 times the outside
diameter of the pipe. Conventional plastic and metal pipes connot be bent or
have limited bending ability.
FEWER PIPE FITTINGS LEADING TO LESS CHANCE OF LEAKAGE
Fewer joints means less cost, less work and less problems, which are
always associated with water leakage.
LIGHT WEIGHT, EASY TO CARRY, STORE AND INSTALL
Light weight long coils make water services line installation simple.
Pipe cuts easily with simple hand held pie cutters.
LOW EXPANSION AND CONTRACTION (COEFFICIENT OF HEAT EXPANSION)
Its aluminium core controls expansion and contraction, which is similar
to copper pipes.
LESS CONDENSATION
Timur P.A. is less likely to 'sweat or create moisture on the outer
surface of plumbing pipes than typical metallic plumbing systems like
copper. This is because the plastic layer acts as an insulator. |
